Even in winter it is relatively warm and in summer there is a
subtropical climate.
Throughout the year, Florida is the ideal destination to fully enjoy beautiful weather.

From the beaches on the east and west coasts, the subtropical wetlands of the Everglades in southern Florida, the underwater springs in Homosassa and surrounding areas…. In four hours of driving, then, you can be in a totally different environment.

Bird lovers will feast their eyes in Florida. Other animals you can find in the wild include frogs, turtles, otters and all kinds of fish. Also

with an experienced ”Captain”!

Many people
golf
in Florida because of the favorable climate and the great diversity and range of golf courses available. No other state in the U.S. has more golf courses than Florida. Foreign golfers return regularly because most Florida golf courses are well maintained, affordable and high quality. Golf enthusiast? Shopping
in Florida is done mainly in indoor shopping malls (malls). In it, in addition to a number of department stores such as Macy’s and JC Penny’s, you will also find food courts. Such a food court is usually located in a separate wing of the mall and consists of several eateries where you can have a delicious lunch. Another phenomenon you see a lot in Florida is the Outlet Mall. This is a mall with all Outlet Stores of various brands. Outlet Stores offer their items at a hefty discount.

Disney World,
Florida’s largest and most visited entertainment destination.

Old town Homosassa

Historic Old Homosassa is one of Florida’s oldest fishing communities. Life here has always been centered around the water, the Homosassa River and the Gulf of Mexico. It is an amphibious village where boats are as common as cars and trucks. The waterfront is always lively with comings and goings at iconic bars and landmarks such as MacRae’s of Homosassa, the Atlanta Fishing Club and Monkey Island, for example. From fish markets and artisan stores to legendary restaurants, Homosassa has the unmistakable character and flavor of the Florida Gulf Coast.

Orlando

Does Orlando still need an introduction? After all, Orlando is known worldwide for its many magical theme parks, such as
Walt Disney World in Florida, Universal Studios and Sea World.
However, this great playground also has other attractions, such as about 300 lakes, perfect for fishing or taking boat trips. Golf enthusiasts are in for a treat, as there are as many as 125 golf courses within a 45-minute drive of downtown Orlando. In the so-called “outlets,” you can purchase clothing from well-known brands at very attractive prices.

Crystal River

The town of Crystal River is located on Florida’s Nature Coast. The Nature Coast has, according to some, the most beautiful beaches in the country as well as many freshwater springs with a fairly constant temperature of 22.5 degrees Celsius. From November through March, the springs attract hundreds of manatees, which flee the colder marine waters. Some springs also feature manatees in the summer. In Crystal River (and nearby Homosassa Springs) are organizations that offer snorkeling and swimming excursions with manatees.
